Oswalt Family Reunion at Jellystone

We don't usually get to go to this reunion because we always seem to have scheduling conflicts, but this year we actually made it...well, most of us. Daddy couldn't go because he had to work and Susan's didn't go either because they were sick. Otherwise, Pappaw, Aunt Kari, Uncle Mark, Vivi and Mommy were there. We headed up north to Pierceton, Indiana where there is a Jellystone Campground. We even saw Yogi Bear all over the place!! Grandma Oswalt and all of Pappaw's brother's have a place there except for Pappaw and Great Uncle Tom. They all have golf carts too and drove us around to show us all over the place.

Here I am with Great Grandma Oswalt in the loft stairway at Great Aunt Judy's place.

Everyone piled into the golf cart!! Cheese!

Great Grandma is 83 and she still drove us around the park!

Great Uncle Jeff and Great Aunt Karen are ready for some grandbabies!! They wanted to hold onto Vivi and not give her back! ;)

Pappaw Dan with three of his brothers and two of his cousins.

Pappaw's cousin Janie and her husband, Tom and son, Rine.

Great Grandma Oswalt with her nephew Bob, niece Margie and Bob's wife, Cindy.

Vivi loved having Pappaw push her in the swing.

Parker, Alec, Chase and Maya loved the "Marigold"...this is what I call a "Merry-go-round".

Aunt Kari watched me while I played around the playground. Thanks Aunt Kari!!

Trisha and baby Keira! This was the first time we met Keira. She is a month and a half younger than Vivi and super cute!

Playing on Uncle Jim's golf cart with Maya and Chase.

We were so happy to see our family that we don't see very often. Glad Nikki, Kyle and families were all there! :)

Uncle Mark helped me drive the golf cart too!

Crawling into the dog cage...

Vivi is so silly...she crawled into Wrigley's cage when it was open. Silly ol' Viv!

My little sis is really doing well with the sippy cup now.

I'm a real-life ballerina!

I started my very first dance class this morning and I couldn't have been more excited to dress up like a princess!!

I did pretty well the first class. We started out by reading a princess story, then we tapped (I just watched everyone) and then it was time for ballet.

There are 5 other two-year-olds in my class. I go every Friday for a half an hour!! Yay for me!

Too early for hot chocolate??

It may only be September but it is as good a time as any for hot chocolate!! It was a little chilly out so we decided to have a cup. I LOVE any kind of chocolate!! I definitely get that honest.

Labor Day Fun!!

It was kind of an icky day but we made the most of it! We played on the swingset and pulled some weeds. Mommy ended up with poison ivy/oak/or sumac!! Oops! Guess she should've had her gardening gloves on! At least none of the rest of us got it!

It was nice to have Daddy home an extra day with us!

Happy Anniversary Mommy and Daddy

Mommy and Daddy celebrated 7 years of marriage by going out for the evening. Pappaw came to watch us girlies and play while they were gone. We all had a super duper time!!

Mommy even brought back some leftover onion rings from the fancy restaurant they ate at for dinner (what? you think onion rings aren't fancy?!?!)!! Look at this sucker!!

Playing at the mall...

Aunt Susan called and said she and Austin were going to the mall. We knew it would be busy on a Saturday but who cares! So, mommy, Vivi and I joined them. We had lunch at the food court and played in the play area next to it. The lady from Chick-fil-A even passed out these cute hats! Mine was upside down...oops!

We were really good kids for our mommies, too!
Awww!

Big kisses!

One Last Summer Swim!

It was a beautiful night and daddy thought it would be a good idea to go swimming when he got home from work. So, we talked to Uncle Mark and he said we could go to his parent's house. We took the crockpot full of pizza rigatoni (a new recipe mommy tried and it was yummy) and had a picnic after we finished swimming.

Vivi loved her new flotation device!

I swam so well with my swimmies on again. I am getting very brave with them on. I even jumped off the diving board!! Mommy was there to catch me though!

I even helped clean the pool when we were done swimming! ;)

Their deck is great for picnics!
Vivi crawled around and loved being free!
She also loved playing with their dog, Nick! Ha! His name is the same as my daddy's!

Awwww.....cute ol' Nick!

Hi Vivi!

I even got to swing in the hammock! Thanks Kari and Mark....and Peggy and Jerry! ;)

First trip to our library...

It is really nonsense that we have never been here before. Our library is super nice and they have lots of things to do that we need to start taking advantage of. Our first trip was successful with us leaving with lots of CD's, DVD's and books to enjoy at home. There are reading events weekly that we will definitely check out soon! There are even play areas inside!

Two happy girls!
