Happy Easter 2013

We went to see the Easter Bunny in Fishers again this year since we were home for the holiday.
waiting in line for the bunny

Vivi did not care much for the bunny!
After church they had a huge egg hunt outside. It was a little chilly but we didn't mind. They had tons of eggs with really good candy inside! Mommy and daddy helped us eat it

The Easter Bunny even came to our house. When we woke up, there were eggs EVERYWHERE and lots of new movies! What a smart bunny!
Excited Easter morning

Excited #2 Easter morning

Picture in our Easter dresses...it is hard to get a good one of 3 little ones.

LOL

Blythe again in her dress
Mommy hosted an Easter dinner that evening for anyone who wanted to come. Jackie, Luann, Grammy, Aunt Kari, Uncle Mark, Aunt Susan, Austin, Uncle Matt and Gavin all made appearances. We had ham, homemade noodles (mommy made them), homemade yeast rolls (Aunt Luann made them), cole slaw salad (Kari), turtle bars and special K bars (grammy) and mashed potatoes! It was nice to see everyone and visit!
Love this picture

Aunt Luann getting some good holding time in.

Aunt Jan even sent a picture of her kiddos. They were on Spring Break in the Cayman Islands (I think). Grant and Emma are getting so big! We missed all of you.

Don't forget the "bunny ears" ;)

Grandma's back in town

Grandma Cindy was gone for a whole month!! She went to Gulf Shores, Alabama to escape the winter weather. However, she only had a few days nice enough to lay on the beach. :( We were super happy to see her and missed her so!
She brought us back some surprises! Huge suckers, crocodile toys, matching purple outfits, etc. She was playing the Easter Bunny role as well.

Mike spent the winter in Florida and we were so excited to see him too!! He hadn't met Blythe yet either and got to hold her right away. So glad he stopped in with Grandma to visit!

Blythe really missed Grandma, too!

The Brewsters Visit

The Brewsters were on Spring Break and wanted to come meet Blythe and Gavin. We were so excited to see them! Audrey and Vivi loved playing with Adela and Aidan. I wish I would've gotten a picture of Cory and Aidan as well. :(
Adela is such a good helper! Blythe really liked meeting her new cousins!

Cousin Kim...bet she misses her kiddos so small. It goes way too fast!

ornery face

Silly girl
Thanks for coming Brewsters!! We love you and can't wait to see your baby goats and bee hives in April!

Phone Dump

Ok, I am going to have to start doing some picture "phone dumps" because I have so many funny pictures that are just random. Enjoy the first...
Audrey is great at multi-tasking like her momma! Nursing her baby, while doing her breathing treatment, while watching a show...

Sweet little sleeper

First time in the bumbo seat...not especially excited about it

Audrey carrying her own baby around the morning Gavin was born. She dressed herself because she ALWAYS has to wear a dress or skirt. Wonder how long the "princess" phase will last. :) I am only buying her dresses for the summer because then I know there won't be a struggle every morning when she is getting dressed.

Nick built a new little shed inside our fence so he has more room in the garage. I painted it and will post pictures of the finished product once complete. He built the entire frame in one night in just a couple hours. So lucky to have such a handy, talented husband!! LOVE HIM!

Vivi is such a big girl in the big-girl swing this year! Happy to get some fresh air.

Audrey loves flying kites!

Blythe and I enjoyed the fresh air, as well!

Helping daddy in the shed.

Nick helped Mark cut down his dead Ash tree in the front yard, so we could have the firewood. Mark helped him deliver it to our house. Our neighbor, Brian, watched. ;) JK...he might have helped a little too.

I went back to visit Gavin a couple days after he was born and finally got to hold him. What a sweetie! Austin came home with me that night and stayed with us. We had fun!

I am sure Blythe felt big to Susan after holding her newborn for a couple of days!

Audrey said she wanted to be a teacher so she needed to wear my glasses!

Someone liked the Bumbo seat a little better this time. Happy girl!

Audrey took this picture...

...and this one...

and then gave me the phone back so I could capture this sweetness!

Getting bigger!

Two smilers!!

Blythe (2.5 months) and Gavin (2 days)

I need to start giving Blythe more bottles so I can actually go somewhere...she doesn't really like taking them from the "source". Audrey helps!

"What's not to love"...a cute outfit from my friend, Melanie

Hoosier Hysteria

We had a great time cheering on the Hoosiers this season and were sad to watch how it ended. We got a lot of use out of our little cheerleading outfits and can't wait to see if they fit again this Fall! Blythe needed a little more, so we gave her some new pants!

Can you tell that Daddy took this picture...he wanted his legs and feet to be included. Ha!! ;)

Someone was a little tired after cheering so much for the team. No matter what sport was on TV, she always said "Go Hoosiers! IU!" LOVE IT! The way she says "Hootshers" is the cutest!

Grammy and mommy even celebrated together the night of the last game against Syracuse in their candystripes!
Proud to be Hoosier Fans and so happy to have a couple great seasons under our belt! Sad to see Zeller and Oladipo leave after this year as well as the three seniors, Hulls, Watford and Elston. Best wishes to them and next year's Hoosier team!
