JESSICA

I forgot to tell you that Austin and I won goldfish at the Street Fair. When mommy and daddy asked me what I was going to name mine, I chose "Jessica"! I love my new fishy!!

Bluffton Street Fair

We went to the Street Fair on Saturday this year and we took Austin along with us. We couldn't wait to get there and the car ride seemed so long. Austin kept asking "Are we there yet?" ha!
We loved riding lots of different rides this year. We are bigger now and the perfect age for most of the kiddie rides! Yay! This was one of our favorites last year, too! This was a new one for us! Wheeeee!

Vivi loved riding on Pappaw's shoulders!

Both of these pictures were so cute momomy had to put them both on here...

This was a new ride for us too! Spin, spin!

I didn't like it so much when my sister was sitting behind me. She kept yanking on my locks!

Well, just a few minutes later I didn't have to worry about her pulling my hair...she was pooped! I enjoyed some ice cream before we left! Yummy!

Austin enjoyed some, too! Eating ice cream is serious business!

Believe it or not...when mommy asked me what my favorite part of the fair was before bed, I told her it was the baby giraffe. See, the giraffe on the right in this picture...some nice lady stopped us along the street at the fair and gave me the stuffed animal she had one. Isn't that so nice! I carried it around at the fair and now it is my new friend! Everyone needs a few new friends every now and then. ;)

Watching Jackie Cheer for the Dawgs!

Jackie only cheered at a few football games this year and luckily, we made it to one before the season was over. I didn't want to sit still for long though. Jackie did a super great job!! Yay for Jackie!! I wanted to cheer with her!

After the game, we all went to Pizza King!! Yum! Grandma Cindy was there too!

Ready for school again...

I am really loving my school!! I get to make lots of fun crafts and play with my friends. I have had all good reports so far. Mommy gets a slip inside my lunch pail to see how I did each Monday when she picks me up. It tells her what mood school made me and they have all been smiley faces. It also tells her what I played with and liked most that day. Oh, it tells her how much of my lunch I ate....it has always been "all" or "most" of my lunch! Yay for me! I only didn't want to go in one day and that was the third week. Since then, I have gone right in and said bye to mommy and Vivi without a problem!

Little Devil

We got the Halloween decorations and costumes out of the attic today...Vivi decided to try on part of one of them!!

Long Straight Hair and Playing with Austin

It was a Saturday morning, Daddy was at work and when mommy was straightening her hair, I wanted mine done to match. Isn't it so long??

I think I get this expression from my mommy!?!?! What do you think?

Aunt Susan called and Austin wanted me to come and play at his house. So, mommy dropped me off while she and Vivi shopped at Target. Aun Susan took this adorable picture of us. Don't we look so big?? Awww!

Austin and mommy took pictures of each other!

Stuck in a cage...

Mommy and Daddy have been getting some estimates for work to be done on our house and they put Wrigley in her cage to keep her from jumping on the contractors. I keep letting her out and getting in trouble, so finally I decided to just get in with her!

Vivi thinks I am pretty funny! She is a big girl and walks around everything now. It is only a matter of time...

Vivi is 11 months old!

What better way to celebrate 11 months than a mini photo shoot at home and a trip to the park! I wanted to get a good picture for Vivi's first birthday party invitations and think I got one. The first picture below was the one I used! I don't have any stats to report for 11 months because we haven't been to the doctor since her 9 month well visit. Yahoo!!! That is a relief.....no sickies, no ear infections ever for this little one (hope it stays that way) and no reason to visit in the last couple of months. Whew! Vivi still just has four teeth and they are so cute as the top two continue to grow out. You can only see them when she gives a really big smile but the are adorable. I actually started brushing them too, with the finger brush and "safe-if-swallowed" toothpaste....the kind I still use for Audrey as well. Vivi loves it! Her hair is really starting to grow and so is she. Since she started crawling, her baby rolls are starting to go away in her legs. I will be so interested to see what her year stats are. That appointment will be on October 28th...so hopefully no visits before then. Love this little cupcake so much! :)

Getting Pretty Good!

Vivi is really liking to push things around and walk around things now. She is a super fast crawler and loves to walk holding our hands. I have even helped her walk a few times! Keep it up, baby girl.

Mowing with our mama!

Don't worry...we just took a couple laps around the house!!

Oswalt Family Reunion at Jellystone

We don't usually get to go to this reunion because we always seem to have scheduling conflicts, but this year we actually made it...well, most of us. Daddy couldn't go because he had to work and Susan's didn't go either because they were sick. Otherwise, Pappaw, Aunt Kari, Uncle Mark, Vivi and Mommy were there. We headed up north to Pierceton, Indiana where there is a Jellystone Campground. We even saw Yogi Bear all over the place!! Grandma Oswalt and all of Pappaw's brother's have a place there except for Pappaw and Great Uncle Tom. They all have golf carts too and drove us around to show us all over the place.

Here I am with Great Grandma Oswalt in the loft stairway at Great Aunt Judy's place.

Everyone piled into the golf cart!! Cheese!

Great Grandma is 83 and she still drove us around the park!

Great Uncle Jeff and Great Aunt Karen are ready for some grandbabies!! They wanted to hold onto Vivi and not give her back! ;)

Pappaw Dan with three of his brothers and two of his cousins.

Pappaw's cousin Janie and her husband, Tom and son, Rine.

Great Grandma Oswalt with her nephew Bob, niece Margie and Bob's wife, Cindy.

Vivi loved having Pappaw push her in the swing.

Parker, Alec, Chase and Maya loved the "Marigold"...this is what I call a "Merry-go-round".

Aunt Kari watched me while I played around the playground. Thanks Aunt Kari!!

Trisha and baby Keira! This was the first time we met Keira. She is a month and a half younger than Vivi and super cute!

Playing on Uncle Jim's golf cart with Maya and Chase.

We were so happy to see our family that we don't see very often. Glad Nikki, Kyle and families were all there! :)

Uncle Mark helped me drive the golf cart too!
